Return of the Tyrant
(‘The Great Healer’)
Symbol: a golden ankh inside a light blue oval
Info: Jhannis holds domain over healing and purity, in addition to being a champion of good. While she isn’t entirely pacifist (she believes self-defense is acceptable), Jhannis asks her followers to refrain from harming or killing others (this includes wildlife). Her clergy is constantly at odds with the followers of Aegecia, for the two sects have polar opposite beliefs. Jhannis is depicted most often as a slender female with flowing strawberry-blonde hair in a white dress with an aura of blue ‘healing’ light constantly surrounding her.
Specialist priests: Divine Healer – many of Jhannis’ clergy take up other roles as doctors, herbalists, or teachers, but the Divine Healers take their faith on the road, serving as healers in armies or, if their cause is noble and just, adventuring groups. Divine Healers are prevented from deliberately taking the life of other sentient creatures unless it is in self defense. Should they break this oath, the cleric will be powerless until he or she atones for the mistake.
